From the song itself, you could merely say and think that the teenagers nowadays are very out of control. And we can readily say that the adult generation is causing these things. When we watch or listen to the news, there were times when we see students going out of control, throwing stones at the policemen, burning cars and trucks. It were because their voices were never heard of by the authorities. The teens prefer to abscond themselves and hide their feelings instead. It was like their feelings are seemingly that abstrusse, which really are not. The adults would scarcely do what they think is best for them without even considering what these teenagers want or like to make the best out of themselves. But instead these adults made monsters out of the teens. It was like they were contoling the lives of the teen s which is barely correct. I mean, adults are htere just to guide us, teens, not to put us into slavery and make us do things unfavorable to us. When we just could not get what we want and do what we want to do, that is the time we rebel out and go wild. We need time, and we need space..really wide space.We have to understand each other. We have to understand that the adults of our lives just want to accompany us through life and want us to have better future.Now,what matters now this time is that they too, should understand us. They should not wrap us around their fingers. Our lives would surely be like a black abyss..When both sides understand each other, there will be world peace.

Michelle Therese Castro..You might think that the owner of the name is wonderful just like the name itself.Well,think again.For me,it is a dangerous and poisonous name.Yeah,I'm not kidding.

Born on the freaky day of September 6 year 1992, I grew up in Compostela, Cebu. When I was a youngster, my whole life was full of such innocence, immaturity and grace. But that was a long time ago, I am now on my fourteenth year in this unpredictable world.From a simple, innocent young girl transformed into a rebellious and frenzy teenage girl with such low self-esteem. Yeah, this might be shocking to those who are close to me but seriously, I am really a shy person. Sometimes my world is colorful but mostly now, all I can see are black and white. I have grown and changed a lot, just like the world has. You could discern the omens just by looking at my generation. I think I have awaken from a great slumber and all my immaturity has forsaken me. Realizing that gives me a sign of relief. I prove not just to myself but to the people as well that I am old enough to be free, independent. With my mother sometimes having a terrible temper on me, I thought I am a jinx. There is always a big space for fury in my heart. I hate being told what to do, to be criticized especially in front of many people, to be hurt physically or emotionally and I could pull all your hair off if you ever try to hurt even with a single pinch any part of the body of my loved ones. At the top of my lungs, I could scream how I hate to be in this world. That is mainly the reason why I always paste a smile on my face.

I love adventures. I love to discover new things. I love punks. I love hardcore music. I love funky stuffs. I love to sob. I hate emo boys. I hate lesbians. I hate all neon colors(they are all eyesores}. I hate disgusting and dirty stuffs. I hate pricks.

I really have many problems. As the day starts and as I was going to school, I wake up with a problem, "Where on earth are my socks?". As the day ends, I have a problem, "How in the world can I answer my assignments?".

But all of these problems would end up as a lesson to me. I learned to keep my things in their proper places so I would not spend too much time in finding for the things that I need. I learned to listen to my teacher and analyze the questions asked so I can answer them. I know that I surpassed these problems because God loves me very very much. He is always there to guide me through the paths of life. Whenever I am down,He always give me a hand to help stand up and continue my journey in life. Yeah, there are lots and lots of problems and temptations in this world. But no matter what, I can be brave enough to surpass these challenges.

This Girl Just Wants To Rock..

Remember the songs "Complicated", "Sk8r boi", "Don't Tell Me", "Falling Down", "I'm with you", "My Happy Ending", "Torn" and "Losing Grip"?

Yeah, you got it right! They are the super hit songs of the one and only punk princess, Avril Lavigne. These songs and her other songs would probably make you headbang with her music. This twenty-two-year-old songwriter, musician, singer and actress is Canadian. Her real name is Avril Ramona Lavigne. She was first spotted when she won in a competition.T he winner will have to sing another Canadian singer Shania Twain in her major concert. Avril's genres are obviously Rock, Pop rock and Pop punk. These what most attracted the teenagers especially me. Avril is a great singer and she can play the instruments guitar, piano and drums. I am very proud to say that she has a younger sister who was named after me (or vice versa, I guess)!Michelle Lavigne...

I really love her and her songs. She was the Best New Artist in 2002 and her song "Complicated" has been nominated as the Song of the Year. She ranked seventh in Canadian Business Magazine's ranking of the most powerful Canadians in Hollywood.
Sad to say, Avril was married to fellow Canadian singer Deryck Whibley who is the lead singer and songwriter of pop-punk band Sum 41 on July 2005.


Did you see the movie "Over The Hedge"? Do you know that Avril did the voice of Heather the possum? Well, actually she did. She even worked with Richard Gere in the movie, "The Flock". She also had this movie entitled the "Fast Food Nation" which was based on her favorite book. Unfortunately, I did not see those movies. Have you seen the "Eragon"? Heard its soundtrack? Well, she wrote that song for your information. It will be included in her third album entitled "The Best Damn Things" which will be released this April 2007.







Ever knew who started the fashion trend of wearing neckties? Of course, who else did? It was Avril herself! She only stopped wearing them on 2003. It was because of the stupid media references. Because of her punk-like appearance early in her career, her music style was questioned whether punk or not. In one of the edition of the Reader's Digest, I read that she said she is not punk. According to her, she is just a girl who wants to rock. But for me, it does not matter whether she is punk or not, as long as she continue doing and making good music for us, her fans.






There was this scandal when Avril was caught spitting on paparazzi photographer's face. It was because she was caught kissing her husband in her car and thankfully, she later issued a public apology to the photographer. That gives her fans a sign of relief. Avril was said to be a vegetarian but she said she prefers not to eat meat and "in case somebody caught her eating meat", she will say she is not a vegetarian. Her favorite food is pizza with olive toppings even though she is not allowed to eat too much of it because it is not good for her voice. Fascinated, I learned that Avril has a star tattooed on the inside of her left wrist which is way too cool. She also has one on her right a pink heart-shaped tattoo featuring the letter 'D' for Deryck Whibley, her husband. They were engaged on 2004. On their wedding, Avril wore a Vera Wang gown, she carried pearl white Australian roses which I think made her look really pretty. One of my favorite songs, "Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls was played on their wedding.

Lindsay Lohan..The Mean Girl

Lindsay Lohan is one of my favorites. Her complete name is Lindsay Dee Lohan. She is of Irish and Italian heritage. Both her parents were former actors. She is the eldest and she has three other siblings. From inceptions, Lindsay's family is financially comfortable. Even in that fact, she still attended public schools in New York. Sadly, her father was imprisoned because of "aggravated unlicensed driving" and attempted assault. Lindsay's parents later that year settled their divorce case. Her first movie (which is the first I had seen among all her movies)is Parent Trap where she played both the twins. It was a story of estranged twin sisters who try to reunite their long-divorced parents. Reminiscing that movie is like pinching my heart with needles. I really can relate so much to it because I came from a broken family. That sucks because it really cut my heart deep.


Well, Lindsay is the topic here..not me. Back to her, Lindsay is an American actress and a pop music singer as well. She started in show business as a model in magazine ads and television commercials. Her biggest breakout is the movie (one of my favorites) Mean Girls where she took the lead actress. She attended her first-ever film audition and won the lead teen role in another Disney remake; Freaky Friday! It was about a mother and her daughter trapped in the other's body and was really terrified. "Confessions of A Teenage Drama Queen" and "Mean Girls" were the two films where she was given the lead role. She felt Herbie would help her make the transition into more grown-up roles even if she only aged nineteen this time. After it came "Just My Luck" where she had a very romantic plot with Chris Pine. Lindsay's idol is Ann-Margret and she hopes to be like her, especially to become a "triple threat" specifically a model, actress and singer. Showcasing her talent in singing through her movies is her strategy.


Presently, she is a major subject on tabloid media because of her fight with Hilary Duff but then was solved. Recently, Lindsay was also portrayed as a "party girl" who frequented clubs with Nicole Richie and Paris and Nicky Hilton. Sad to say, Lindsay made headlines with her three car accidents.And I am very happy and excited to tell you that Lindsay Lohan is the first living person to have "My Scene Goes Hollywood" doll released by Mattel. How amazing is that?She also voiced herself the direct-to-DVD feature film based on the dolls! Unfortunately I could not get a doll or even a DVD because that would probabaly cost half of my life. I proudly present to you the information that Lindsay was voted #10 on the list of "100 Sexiest Women" by readers of FHM while Maxim placed her at #3 on its 2006 Hot 100 list.The director Robert Altman's death hit Lohan hard. She even sent a condolence letter to his family on how sad was she to the dath of the beloved director. The letter was criticized for being incoherent and laden with spelling and grammatical errors.. How bad.
Lindsay also helped and participated in Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, an effort to help prevent teenagers from smoking cigarettes and to help current smokers quit(how I wish she herself stop smoking). She even uses coccaine as drugs. Recently, just this January the actress (Lindsay) had undergone an appendectomy.

A SUMMARY OF MAX SCHULMAN’S “LOVE IS A FALLACY ”

Max Schulman’s “Love is a fallacy” is about a story of so much stupidity. It is a story of how an amazingly intelligent young man deceived his dumb roommate in order to get and own the girl(who’s very beautiful but quite empty-headed as well)he wanted,but only to get frustrated and unsuccessful in the end.

Petey Bellows (intelligent young man's stupid roommate) wanted a raccoon coat so as to be one of the “Big Men” on Campus (meaning, one who’s “in”). The the intelligent young man, remembered that his dad had a raccoon coat at home. He made a suggestion to his roommate, his father’s raccoon coat in exchange for Petey’s current date, Polly Espy. The intelligent young man wanted Polly as his girlfriend, and eventually his wife.

Polly is almost perfect, beautiful and gracious. She has a very polished behavior, an ease of bearing, with poise that clearly indicates the best of breeding. Her table manners are superb and exquisite. He had seen her at the Kozy Kampus Korner eating the specialty of the house—a sandwich that contained scraps of pot roast , gravy, chopped nuts and a dipper of sauerkraut—without even getting her fingers moist or wet. But!!There’s a big but.Looks can be decieving, as they say it. She is not intelligent, not even close. However, the narrator is determined to get the girl and planned to teach her some logics to slarten her or at least half of his knowledge.

Wise as he was, he eventually got Petey‘s girl, Polly in exchange for his father's raccoon coat. He taught the girl some logic – i.e. Poisoning the Well, Contradictory Premises, Post Hoc, Ad Misericordiam, Hypothesis Contrary to Fact, and Dicto Simpliciter. The girl was, at least, interested about this “stuffs”.At the end of the sessions,he told the girl that he loved her very much that he'll do anything and asked her to go steady with him. The girl said no since she had already promised to go steady with Petey Bellows. The intelligent young man went in a fit of rage and began blabbing criticizing Petey. Polly surprisingly applied his teachings about logic to counteract his criticisms. This really got him outraged, and demanded an explanation of why she wanted to go steady with “dumb, stupid, zany" Petey. Surprisingly, Polly answered, “Of course, he’s got a raccoon coat!” (Expectedly she would approach his question with a stupid answer.)

I think majority of us here have our own Friendster accounts. We can display our profiles and any thing we want others to know about us in Friendster. It does not just entertain us but it also helps us find the people we have lost track of. It even helps us meet new friends and such. Friendster is for networking individuals in virtual communities and was considered the top online social network. It was overtaken by Myspace though. And I am very honored to tell you that the Philippines has the most number of Friendster members worldwide. As such, Friendster has become part of Filipino cyberculture and contemporary popular culture. Filipinos really are very "in" when it comes to current technology and gadgets. Friendster gives updates of your friends. You can write your reviews. You can also upload or submit photos so you can display your beautiful face to the world. Friendster also has something where you can read your horoscope online. You can even post blogs and bulletins where you can invade the personal life of your friends. That is, it depends on what your friends have written on her or his blog or what she or he wants to share with the rest of the Friendster members worldwide. You can also search for new friends or what. You can communicate using Friendster because in it, you can send and recieve messages which would truly help a lot and entertain us too. You could even know who's birthday it is today! You can join online groups and you can be a fan of whoever or whatever. It will also give you updates of your groups. You can also post shoutouts. Friendster is really fun because you can send testimonials and comments to your friends. You can even post music videos,graphics and stuffs. I think Friendster is the best.

"Snobster"
I discovered Snobster because a couzin of mine is a member of this "unpopular" network. I was really curious and scandalized of what was inside this "asmallworld". From the word itself, you could readily say that it was a not-so-famous site.
aSmallWorld is an online social network service similar to Friendster. It was dubbed as "Snobster" by critics. aSmallWorld shares many features with other social network services (like Friendster) such as profiles, an event calendar, and private messaging. Unlike most other such services, aSmallWorld allows users to choose and list multiple cities as their location of residence or address.

The network includes socialites such as Naomi Campbell, James Blunt, Ivanka Trump, Tiger Woods and Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia. Members can also buy, sell, and auction items using aSmallWorld's private forums.
The members are not allowed to discuss the inner goings-on of aSmallWorld on any outside website, and doing so may result in internal exile to "aBigWorld".
aSmallWorld is patrolled regularly for suspicious activity or members who are not closely connected enough to its main userbase. According to them, some famous members include Paris Hilton and James Blunt. Obtaining this type of crowd must have taken some decent connections in order to seed the site. Snobster has very limited features and stuffs. Even though, I can say that it is very unique because they keep track of the members' behaviors and they could kick the problematic members' butts and exile them in their separate network,the "aBigWorld". This separate network prevents outside groups from breaking into aSmallWorld's network. aSmallWorld members can view the profiles of exiled users,and can choose the option to reinvite them with an administrator's permission (which for me is like a place of eternal torment)

Freaky friday??Nah..

Have you seen the movie,Freaky Friday starring Lindsay Lohan?

After I saw her movie the "Parent Trap" where amazingly she was still eleven years old,I started to like and idolize her.I saw her movies,"Mean Girls","Herbie","Just My Luck",and liked them a lot until I watched "Freaky Friday"..In that movie,her role was a punk and rebellious student and daughter(just like me).She has a really punk-rocker attitude.She has a lot of piercings in her body(lucky for me I only have four)and dark makeup.Yeah,you could really think we almost are the same.But then,something freaky happened to her on a Friday which made her hate Fridays.And I would contradict to her this time because I think Friday and Saturday are the best days of the week.

Friday is the last day of the schooldays.I would always go home late doing nothing in school but chitchat and mess around with my friends.I would giggle with my friends Rowela,Krystal,Beverly,etc.It is when we do not have to sleep early.We could spend time the whole night watching our favorite television shows.We could do whatever we want to satisfy ourselves.

I really love Fridays!I would communicate with my friends through my cellphone the whole night,listen to music,and be a couch potato.I would surf the internet the whole night until my eyes sore and my back aches not worrying what time should I wake up the next day.Speaking of the next day,it is Saturday!And I love Saturdays from the bottom of my heart.I would wake up with a really big smile on my face(just like a five-year-old girl going on her first trip to Disneyland)because I would go and stroll around Ayala(or elsewhere)with my friends.I would enjoy every moment with them.I could show off my outfit and most probably my face to the people of this world (aren't you ashamed?)Whatever..blah..blah..

Fridays and Saturdays really rock!Head on!I feel really chest-lighted during these days because I do not have anything to worry about like assignments,activities,etc.These days are hassle-free!
